Despite living just miles from one of the most popular photography locations in the county, this was my first session at Yates Mill County Park. Full of old buildings, a mill, stonework, and bridges, this park provide beautiful backdrops for the more traditional family portrait.
My plan for Yvonne’s family was a bit different than my families with small children. She really wanted beautiful, traditional, posed portraits so that is what I delivered. Toward the end of the session, I found an open field bathed in sunlight and we finished up the session there.
During our ordering session, Yvonne asked me to help them design a wall gallery to replace images in an arrangement she already had. You can see the finished product at the end of the post.
