So I lied earlier. I swore I would never photograph weddings again.
But when the mother of my first bride asked me to take photos of her son’s wedding, I had a hard time refusing because it resembled a family reunion much more than a wedding. It was a quickly planned wedding because the bride and groom were moving. It was on a Thursday–at their home. On the front porch. Surrounded by loved ones on the most beautiful fall day in the world.
It was the most intimate, loving wedding I’ve ever witnessed. I was proud to be a part of it. And I realized that small wedding photography is totally my thing. It’s like an extended family session meets couples session. Without further ado, here are Ginger and Daniel!
