If your Thanksgiving is anything like mine, about 24 hours after reuniting with family, you realize that you have to get out and take a break from eating and napping. We love eating and napping, but a good walk does the body good.
For the last few years, I’ve celebrated Thanksgiving in a town along Lake Michigan with my husband and his family. While we’ve explored many parts of the area during our walks, this “park” in Kenosha was a first. It was particularly special to see my mother-in-law and two of her children exploring together. I’m not sure they realized how many pictures I took of them.
It’s just another reason I believe in non-traditional family photos!
